A good diet needs all kind of aliments and we have to calculate how many calories we need in a day.
This work consists in coordinating fats, carbohydrates and proteins with
the data and formulas that the OMS gives you that relates the calories
that you have to take with weight and age. There are different formulas
for different ages. All these data help you to have a good and
balanced nutrition.
I think this is a great project to learn about a healthy diet.
