Recipe

Vegetable lasagne

Ingredients:
1 large green pepper
1 large red pepper1 zucchini
250gr of mushrooms (in slices)
fresh sheets of lasagne
Bechamel
saucestriped cheese (to choose)
natural tomato sauce
virgin olive oil (3 tablespoons)

Preparation:
1. We heat the sheets of lasagna over low heat with salt water.
